Art Adventures Camp
Ages 6-11 (2nd-4th grade)

Marinwood is happy to introduce an awesome new camp! Campers will stay busy making oobleck, having karaoke competitions, and channeling their inner artist. Art Adventure Camp will introduce campers to new (and some old favorite) crafting skills in a variety of mediums. There will also be time for nature walks, foursquare tournaments, and sing-a-longs. This camp will be packed full of imagination, skill building, exploring, and new friendships! Babysitters in Training Camp
Ages 11-14
9:00-2:00pm
Marinwood’s Babysitters in Training Camp for middle school students mixes the skills taught in babysitter training with the fun of camp!
Campers will learn basic child care, the business of babysitting, become certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, and receive an American Red Cross Babysitter Training Certificate. They will also practice cooking skills, learn kid-friendly games, go swimming a few times during the week and have the opportunity to work with our youngest camps. This week will leave campers with the confidence and knowledge to start taking care of little ones!
Campers should bring a snack, lunch and swimsuit/towel to camp every day. Participants must pass a physical demonstration and knowledge of first aid and CPR skills to be certified in First Aid & CPR. Campers will walk over to Marinwood Community Center every day to interact with campers or swim. Camp fee includes Red Cross babysitter handbook & certificate and Red Cross Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification.
