In 2016 the Marinwood CSD Board of Directors declared the replacement of our current Park Maintenance Facility a top priority. Since then, Directors, Commissioners and District staff have spent significant time discussing and planning this initiative in an effort to achieve a smooth and successful project. The Marinwood Park Maintenance Facility Replacement Project completed the Design Review process with the Marin County Community Development Agency Planning Department. On January 27, 2020 the Marin County Planning Commission conducted a public hearing resulting in the unanimous approval of the Park Maintenance Facility Replacement Project.
