About Us: Management

There is a publicly elected Board of Directors consisting of five members serving four-year terms. While the directors could receive pay for the work they do, over the years they have rejected that idea. In order to broaden the base of local government, the Board has appointed a Fire Commission and a Parks and Recreation Commission. Members of the Commissions are appointed for two-year terms by the CSD Board.
